Determined leader who has assisted numerous minority businesses in obtaining and maintaining multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies.  Known in the industry as a visionary with the ability to manage cost, control overhead, and build value propositions to lead an organization's diversity goals and initiatives.  Lead as a solution provider with the ability to define diversity gaps and develop inclusive environments that allow all to thrive.

Currently serve as the VP of Supplier Diversity for Compass Group under the Foodbuy Sector.   Serve as corporate liaison with NMSDC, WBENC, Rainbow PUSH, USPAACC, ACDBE, State and City certifying organizations.  Develop continuing education classes for Foodbuy and Compass Group associates to increase awareness of Supplier Diversity initiatives.  Mentor and develop key suppliers to support business needs.  Generate reporting and tracking tools to measure supplier spend as required by corporate clients. Partner with Sales and SAG teams across the organization in drafting diversity contractual language and prepare RFP responses for client retention and new business.  Recognized in 2005 as Top 25 Diversity Professionals in Diversity MBA.  Recognized in 2018 as Top 25 Diversity Women in Power by Diversity Plus, Inc.   Received Corporate Nomination in Top 50 Omni by Omnikal for support of multi-cultural businesses.
